Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and [Operator or company name] ("we") for using Sightview. By signing up or using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy policy.
1. Our service
Sightview collects trend signals from news, official statistics and public research, grades how clear each one is with published rules, and suggests something a shop can try. Every signal links to sources you can check.
2. Information to support decisions only
Signals and quests are general information, not business, financial, investment or legal advice. "Early signal" and "Emerging" mean not yet confirmed. Information may be inaccurate, late or change. Check the sources and use your own judgement before deciding.
3. Your account
- Use an email address that belongs to you and keep your password secret.
- One account per person; accounts may not be transferred or sold.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
- You can delete your account at any time on the account page.
4. What you may not do
- Scrape the website with automated tools, or put unusual load on the system.
- Try to access data or parts of the system you are not authorised to use.
- Resell the data in bulk, or present it as your own.
- Use the service unlawfully, or to make accusations against any person or shop.
5. Copyright and sources
We show only headlines, short summaries and links to the originals; articles remain the copyright of their publishers. Our summaries, levels, quests and the website itself belong to us. You may cite signals in presentations if you credit Sightview and the original source.
6. Fees
Some features are part of paid plans. We will show prices and conditions before you subscribe, and we never charge you for something you did not sign up for.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and may change or stop parts of the service, with notice where possible.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses from business decisions based on information in the service. This does not exclude liability that Thai law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you before the change applies and may ask you to accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Contact us at [Privacy contact email].
